I am an older dancer with Dyspraxia and Arthritis. Although I entered dance later in life and after having my children I have built a credible performance and teaching portfolio. I am currently training on the Access all Areas performance making diploma to develop my choreography, finishing in July 2025.

I have worked in inclusive dance for many years and built a strong practice, teaching Biodanza since 2011. I lead Biodanza classes in Greenwich at Greenwich Community and Arts Centre and The Carers Centre. I mostly work within Social Action, working with people with Disabilities and health conditions. My daughter and I have an inclusive dance brand, Danzability, that we run classes under.

I have always been a Disability campaigner working within Disability advocacy, heavily involved in Disability Arts and speaking on many panels and talks including my recent Artist Archive event at Siobhan Davies Studios speaking on my journey in dance as a Disabled, older dancer.

Along with my daughter I am on the Steering Group for Disabled Artists at Tramshed in Woolwich. I dance with Corali and have created within their company, I lead creative sessions with SLIDE and I am a regular performer with Freestylers. We have toured the UK thanks to Unlimited and Continuous commissions.
