Join me for a new series of double classes of Biodanza Saturday!
Now is the time to gather, dance and share our beautiful experiences of new warm connections. Welcome to this new magical Biodanza cycle. Let’s dance, laugh, celebrate, gather, honour, have fun and connect with like minded people.
‘The Dance of Life’, Biodanza is a process which improves vitality, balances emotions and brings the sense of satisfaction and well-being in to our system. There are dances and exercises for co-ordination, letting go and to relief the stress. Biodanza system was developed in the 1960s by the Chilean psychologist Rolando Toro, and now is enjoyed by people in 54 countries.
The vivencia will be led by Olga Bastable.
Following Biocentric principles of Biodanza Olga’s mission is to re-awaken hidden resources of vitality, affectivity, sexuality, transcendence and creativity through movement.
