Architect, Coach for the built environment and Biodanza Facilitator.

“Architecture is a frozen music” is the most straightforward way to explain how one person can be so many, apparently, different things. Personally, I’ve struggled with this for a while until I integrated all of those passions and made them part of my identity.

Biodanza was a significant step in this development. It helped me learn and evolve in the most gentle yet firm way.

Similar to how, in architecture, a building is created in layers, starting with the foundation, building up the walls, then the floors, the roof, etc., Biodanza is building up the layers of a person’s identity, step by step, floor by floor, from the very obvious to the intense, hidden parts. I love Biodanza for the possibilities that it offers and the development that emerges for everyone dancing in their own unique way. My excitement about those possibilities was the driver behind the decision to become a facilitator.

I also had the privilege to be trained by Pip Kennan. I completed the facilitator training at the London School of Biodanza with Ruth Strupinski and Altair de Almeida in 2024, just before the birth of my little daughter Maya.

For a short while, I was leading the weekly classes at Biodanza Central London, formerly Euston, with Ana Paula Rodrigues.

As I am currently living in Germany in a small town called Weilburg, I am setting up my weekly classes here. I love creating vivencias for this new audience, and I am very excited about the development I will witness.

If you happen to be in the area, which is just between Frankfurt and Cologne, please come and dance with me! I look forward to seeing you!
