You are invited to join us in person, or via zoom for the AGM
The location for this year’s AGM is ‘The Place’ – a dance venue in Central London, close to two of London’s main stations, Kings Cross and Euston. We have a studio for the whole day, Saturday April 15th for a ‘hybrid’ AGM, where some of us can be in person and some can join over zoom. The Place is the home for London’s Contemporary Dance School and has modern dance studios and a great atmosphere. They have been supporting Biodanza for many years and offer us a community rate to use their lovely facilities. We will have a dance studio for our use for the whole day.

Please note, there are two entrances to the building and we invite you to use the glass fronted Dance School Entrance on Flaxman Terrace, we will be in Studio 9 for the whole day. (This is a no shoes studio).
Theme: Looking To The Future
Our theme for this year’s AGM is Looking To The Future and we invite all Student Under Supervision members to collaborate in facilitating in one of the vivencias this year. Here is the current overall plan, please check for any last minute updates
Doors open 11am
12noon Opening vivencia. This will be a hybrid vivencia, in person and via zoom.
1.30pm Lunch Bring and share lunch in downstairs cafe. Please bring something for yourself and if you would like to, please bring something to share for lunch. We will be able to use The Place’s cafe area for our lunch.
3pm Formal AGM meeting
5pm Breakout groups, discussions on making the Association more inclusive
6.15pm Final vivencia. This will be a hybrid vivencia, in person and via zoom.
