Dancing Our Inner Child
I am excited to invite you to join me on a journey to reconnect with our inner child. Let’s open ourselves to tenderness, vulnerability, and self-love as we explore the playful and creative part of ourselves that always stays youthful.
In this workshop, we will create a safe and sacred space to bring our inner child to life and nurture it through the beautiful practice of Biodanza.
Through birthing ceremony and creativity, we will be able to become children on our dance floor and rediscover the wisdom of our hearts.
Touch is essential for proper healthy development, and Biodanza reintroduces the body to nourishing, nurturing, and healing touch. Along with the deep enjoyment of embodied aliveness, we will also have the opportunity to enjoy the sea air, receive nourishment for our hearts and souls, and open to healing the inner child through a guided sound meditation, dancing and connecting to beautiful souls on our dance floor.
Join us for this beautiful journey of reconnecting to joy, playfulness, and self-discovery. The vivencias in June will be a wonderful opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself and others. Discover the deep enjoyment of embodied aliveness.
The vivencia will be led by Olga offering the space for meeting friends and making the journey of heart opening, deepening the connection with yourself and the others.
You will have the opportunity to:
- awaken through the deep journey of Biodanza
- walk and breath the sea, to deep in the sea, as the place is 5 minute walk from the seafront.
- receive nourishment for your heart & soul as well through our home food sharing
- meditate and open to healing the inner child through a guided sound meditation on Saturday night.
