The Dance of Life, Biodanza – is a system of creative movements – a fusion of art, science and love. Music is the universal language understood by all, and dancing is the form of re-connecting the body and soul while human contact awakens a sense of love for ourselves and deep appreciation of all living beings.

The invitation here is to express, to explore and to connect through movement and music with a beautiful community in a diverse social dance practice welcoming any age or ability.

Music gives the impulse and you become a creator of simple movements which weave individual and collective dance journeying. Each dance-exercise is done with explanation and demonstration.
