IBF Biodanza School Bristol: ‘Trance and Regression’ with Helene-Jeanne Levy Benseft (Nice, France): 22/23 February 2020

Saturday, February 22 @ 12:00 pm - Sunday, February 23 @ 5:00 pm

‘The Healing Action of Surrendering and the Power to Return to the Source: Altered States of Consciousness’

We have a natural disposition to want to lower our defences, and to stop approaching our relationship to the world and life as a fight, as a challenge.  By changing our perception, we can become explorers, creators of our world and our innermost strength can be stimulated; our Vital Unconscious.

Our natural ability is to be able to slow down, to trust, to be able to abandon ourselves with the innocence of a child in the arms of a human and in the circumstances that are naturally merciful, protective and nurturing – to feel so safe – this helps to strengthen our natural mechanism of organic repair.

It also contributes to change our perception of ourselves and the world.  From feeling separate, we may become as one. From unique, we feel alike, instead of being alone, we belong.

The trance and regression as proposed in Biodanza is a call to the deep forces of life in their most hedonistic/pleasurable dimension. One repairs us….the other connects us.

Together they invite us into unity and peace.
