Life that has meaning\, thats what its all about! \nIllness often stems from an unhealthy way of life. The German Philosopher and Psychiatrist Karl Jaspers came up with the insight that existential diseases exist. They originate from leading a frustrated existence\, instead of an authentic and full existence. Living fully is only possible through ways of  CONTACT and LOVE. These paths are studied in Biodanza\, as well as the possibilities for change towards a healthy authentic lifestyle. \nBelow is a poem by Rolando Toro: \nWE ARE ALL ONE\nThe force that drives us\nis the same that kindles the sun\nwho animates the seas\nand who makes the cherry trees bloom.\nThe force that moves us is the same that excites the seed\nwith the immemorial message of life.\nThe dance begets fate\nand the same law binds\nthe flower with the breeze.\nUnder the sunflower of harmony\nWE ARE ALL ONE.                     Rolando Toro\n\n\nAbout Antonio Sarpe \nBorn and raised in Brazil (in Cordovil\, a district in Rio de Janeiro’s North Zone)\, Antonio Sarpe is a clinical psychologist\, specialised in Bioenergetic Therapy\, Reichian Therapy\, Systemic Family Therapy and Psychosomatic Medicine. He first contacted Biodanza in 1979 and in 1984 he graduated from Rio de Janeiro Biodanza School. Since then\, as a Biodanza Didactic\, former pedagogical headmaster of a school in Brazil and present pedagogical headmaster of the Portuguese school\, Antonio has contributed to the worldwide expansion of Biodanza\, practicing and teaching it as a path of human identity revelation and connection with the universe.
