SUMMARY:Deepening Connections ‘Cosmic’ Retreat 2025
DESCRIPTION:This is a weekend retreat designed to deepen our connection and spend meaningful time together. We warmly invite everyone to stay at the retreat centre for the entire weekend\, unless there’s a compelling reason you’re unable to do so. \nDate of Retreat:\nAfternoon Friday 16th May 2025 to early afternoon Sunday 18th May 2025. \nVenue:\nGolden Grove Retreat (GGR) – Golden Grove Retreat\, Gelli Aur\, Caerfyrddin\, SA32 8NE\, Cymru.  \nMemo: 1. type Golden Grove Retreat into Google Maps for an accurate location.  \nMemo: 2. Download Google Maps area into your phone as the area has potentially limited mobile phone data access. \nGolden Grove Retreat link (website is under construction): https://goldengroveretreat.co.uk \nRetreat Cost: \nBAUK members: £210 for Barn\, or £190 in Safari Lodge.  \nIncluding: \n\n2 night’s accommodation\n2 breakfasts\n2 lunches\n2 evening meals\nHot drinks and snacks from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime.\nWine in the evening\nLovely studio for Vivencias\nFires to gather around\nSauna\nPlunge pool\nHot tub\n\nMeals will be cooked for us by a chef on site and will be vegan and vegetarian. \nOffsite price is £135 per person which includes all use of the dance space and access to the facilities\, and the meals as mentioned above. \nAccommodation:\nPeople will be staying at Golden Grove Retreat in the Barn or Safari Lodges. \nBarn:\nThe Barn can accommodate 13 people\, in 4 shared bedrooms (i.e.\, 3 bed’s in 3 bedrooms\, and 4 bed’s in 1 bedroom) with ensuites. \nSafari Lodges\nThere are also 2 Safari Lodges which can accommodate a total of 12 people (6 people per Lodge)\, which are glamping in style\, and these Lodges are set amongst the lush grounds of Golden Grove Retreat\, and are a bit more rustic. There is one shared bathroom and toilet within a few metres of each of the lodges. The lodges individually sleep 6 people in each with 3 bedrooms of 2 persons in each room. Outdoor footwear is helpful if staying in these lodges. \nStaying Offsite\nThere is various accommodation in the surrounding area (search using postcode SA32 8NE)\, i.e.\, for those needing alternative or single room accommodation. \nDeposit and Final Payment for the Accommodation:\n£60 to reserve your accommodation place\, with the balance due by 28th March 2025. Deposits and final booking payments cannot be refunded\, but can be sold/transferred to another willing participant. And don’t forget to bring:  a torch (light)\, rain boots\, rain clothes as well as sun clothes\, hammocks and so on.
