If a stronger immune system is what you seek, consider a spell of Biodanza each week!
Regular Biodanza can offer restoration and stabilisation for those with weak immune systems. The founder of Biodanza, Rolando Toro, predicted this1. Now studies conducted by Marcus Stűck and Alejandra Villegas at the University of Leipzig (2008) confirm it.

What’s the impact of Biodanza?
The research carried out by Stűck and Villegas compared two groups – one attending Biodanza sessions and another a stress reduction course. They measured and compared the salivary secretion of immunoglobulin class A before and after sessions in both groups. Both showed an increase but in the Biodanza group there was evidence of a ‘transfer’ i.e. the benefit was transferred into everyday life. The studies have concluded that the continuous practice of Biodanza stabilises the positive immunological changes.
Biodanza is suitable for all
If you suffer with chronic fatigue or other problems which adversely affect your energy levels be reassured that you only have to do what is comfortable for you. Start with a beginner’s class and talk to the facilitator about any concerns you may have. You may just discover they get forgotten in the fun!
