Healthy City Week 2016 is all about inspiring healthier lifestyles by encouraging participation in the many wellbeing projects in Bristol. Last year, over 3,000 people attended 100+ events across the city.
This year Paula Jardim is organising a series of Biodanza talks and taster sessions at different venues. This will be a great opportunity for you to discover Biodanza and find out how it can contribute to the health and the wellbeing of individuals and communities.
Discover Biodanza
If you haven’t heard of it before, Biodanza is a system of music and movement that unleashes your vitality for healthy living. Whatever your age and fitness level, Biodanza is for you. It’s easy, fun, and will leave you feeling happy, energised and fully alive.
Whether you are a parent, a teacher, or busy managing a team, Biodanza has a lot to offer – come along and enjoy fun quality time with your children, be amazed at how dance can help your students learn, and make your staff feel inspired, connected, and happy at work.
