I have been involved in my own personal and spiritual development for over 25 years. I love dancing and it has been a regular practice of mine since 1998. I qualified as a Biodanza facilitator in 2015. I am also a qualified teacher in Ecstatic Awakening Dance. I love how beautifully Biodanza opens and nourishes our hearts. It invites us to connect more deeply, with ourselves and others. It calls us, again and again, to live life more fully, to be here for each experience – so beautiful, simple and relieving. For me, Biodanza is a powerful tool for spiritual transformation and I bring my passion for this transformation to my teaching. Aliveness, connection and transformation are what I hope people will get out of Biodanza when they attend my sessions. I teach monthly, usually on a Saturday, in Oxford.
