Glasgow
Biodanza is a creative, expressive and liberating practice. In a world where people have many responsibilities, juggling family, work, challenges and busy lives, I try to hold a space that is safe, life affirming, heart-opening and nourishing. It’s a practice that connects us to life in a magical and meaningful way. I graduated in 2012 in the Edinburgh school and qualified as a Didactic Teacher in March 2016. I also trained in the extension to teach Children and danced with 3 and 4 year olds for many years in nursery school. I wrote my graduating thesis on how Biodanza can effectively contribute to early years education. I am also a University Academic teaching and researching about behaviour. I teach Biodanza classes for adults in Glasgow on Monday evenings and it’s an honour and privilege to facilitate a space with the wonderful people who come along. I absolutely love it!
