Richard runs regular classes and workshops in Glasgow and Dublin, and works closely with UK and Irish Biodanza Schools in training teachers.
Alongside Biodanza, he is a registered Practitioner Psychologist and lecturer in Counselling Psychology at Glasgow Caledonian University. He is married to Rona, and they live with their son, Rohan, and dog, Jack.
