Biodanza brings all that I have loved and practised throughout my life into one perfect whole - spirituality, love of people, teaching, therapy, dance and music: A certified teacher, chartered counselling psychologist and Reiki Master, I taught meditation to children and adults, co-wrote a book ‘Teaching Meditation to Children’, co-founded the Transpersonal Section of the British Psychological Society and had the privilege of giving papers and workshops nationally and internationally on Science, Psychology and Spirituality. I run personal development and spirituality workshops and have two lovely weekly groups. I have taken Biodanza to Festivals and believe if everyone practised and embraced the spirit of Biodanza the world would be a happier and more loving place.
