Gail is a qualified nurse having worked in Canada Holland and for the last few years as a practice nurse. She has always been interested in a more holistic approach to health.
Dancing biodanza for many years she took up the training and is now a fully qualified teacher. Gail offers classes and workshops in Cardiff.
She loves biodanza and can see the vital energy that it brings to people and loves to share the biodanza experience.
Gail is a trained singer and embraces the use of voice in biodanza. She has done the children's and neoshamanism extensions and did her shamanic practitioner training with Ken Meadows many years ago.
Gail works as a sound healer and invites people for a soundbath to lie and receive the healing vibrations of gongs bowls pipes drums etc. It is also a great passion of hers.
She completed her training with the London School of Biodanza which she loves.
