Jono Gregory

I am a Biodanza Facilitator and qualified after studying with the London School of Biodanza. I first discovered the magical and empowering feelings created through Biodanza in 2011 - whilst I was living in Spain.

The experience left such an imprint for me that I searched for a Biodanza group when I returned to England to settle in Southampton - and was fortunate to discover that there was already a thriving group in my city.

I am very passionate about the power of music and the Biodanza group which we co-create a space in which we return each month to support self-expression, expansion and a sense of belonging. For myself and many others Biodanza is an important part of life transformation and personal growth.

We meet once per month on Friday evenings in Bitterne, Southampton.
