Carol (Kavina) Pound

Kavina is a qualified Biodanza teacher and is based in Greenwich, South East London. She is a qualified childcare professional with over thirty years of experience in different childcare settings. Kavina has a degree in Social Policy plus the Foundation in Dance Movement Psychotherapy and the specialism Biodanza for Children and Adolescents . Kavina, who herself has dyspraxia, is also trained in Inclusive Dance for disabled people, Dance for: Older People, Dementia, Cancer, Stroke, Mental Health and Parkinson’s Disease, and is the creator of Danzability.

She is a member of People Dancing, Royal Academy of Dance and One Dance UK. Kavina has spoken at The Best You Personal Development Show and at other events about her dance journey.

Kavina usually teaches a monthly class of Biodanza in Greenwich.
