Delighted to meet you!

From the first moment I stepped onto the Biodanza dance floor, I felt a glorious permission to be myself, to express my joy, to move, like really MOVE and connect to others in ways I'd always felt I ought to hold back so I didn’t weird people out.

Biodanza has given me a space to practice being the biggest, boldest, most open-hearted version of myself I can be, without apology and I will always be truly grateful for it.

I am passionate about holding spaces safely and carefully so that participants can dive in as fully as they can.

My background in theatre, clown and laughter yoga often make an appearance in my classes, and I focus a lot on celebrating life too.

I’m based in Oxford.
