Biodanza day with Ruth and Andres June 4th 2023 in Richmond, West London

A rare chance to join a special workshop with Ruth, a Director of the London School of Biodanza, and Andres who is a facilitator from Chile. The day will be made up of 2 vivencias based around the theme of the five lines of vivencia.

Ruth says –

‘Andres and I are looking forward to welcoming you to a day exploring the 5 lines. VITALITY, SEXUALITY, CREATIVITY, AFFECTIVITY and TRANSCENDENCE.
Andres is from Chile and he brings a warm South American flavour to his classes. With lively and inspiring music that will bring out your vitality and creativity.
Ruth is a director of the London school of Biodanza and will bring many years of experience to this workshop.
We will invite you to dance your vital energy to discover which of the 5 lines are stronger in you and to give yourself the opportunity to develop those that you would like to explore further in the dance.

Discover your own unique dances within the structure of the class. 2 vivencias with a tea break between them.

Each vivencia will have about 12 to 13 different exercises which will take you from vitality to relaxation.’
