Biodanza has an effect on our whole existence; the dance, the music, contact.
Contact and caress have transformative powers in our life. Biodanza offers a safe space to re-connect to these life giving sources of love and communion.
According to Rolando Toro Araneda, Founder of Biodanza, we do not grow in isolation; we grow through contact with others. Each one of us has a history when navigating the field of contact. In this workshop we shall explore contact and caress with discernment, our beings will be received in a safe womb, to be held and nourished. I invite you to share this honest and sincere space.
About Caroline(Carolina):
I have been in Biodanza since 1982, as a teenager, and followed Rolando Toro Araneda everywhere in the world.
I was one of the founding members of Biodanza, since 1992 in the UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium and the last thirty years in South Africa.
I carry with me gifts, gems from Rolando, the most important ones, humility, compassion and a duty to help others.
