If you are interested in biodanza, wellness and storytelling, this event might well be for you. Paola, one of our members, will be facilitating a workshop at the Storytelling for Health and Wellbeing conference at the George Ewart Evans Centre for Storytelling at the University of South Wales in Cardiff.
This will be a dynamic workshop using life-centred movement as a powerful educational tool to help participants connect with their health potential. Drawing from a personal narrative, the workshop will offer simple exercises that delve into the various stages of a successful healing journey. These exercises will be shared in the hope that they might also work for others in terms of releasing muscle stiffness, regaining vital energy, and reestablishing a sense of trust in the body’s natural healing capacities.
The workshop will be interactive, engaging, and designed to provide a hands-on experience of the benefits of biocentric movement for overall well-being. Participants can expect to leave with a felt-sense of the mind-body connection and practical tools to support their own well-being.
All participants need to book a ticket to attend, which you can do here. Tickets are just £30 for individuals or £60 if you are supported by an institution. This covers the cost of entry to all sessions and catering for the two day event.
